The TG Nobunaga is a typical knife jig but since it is made of tungsten they can make it a whole lot thinner and smaller than an equivalent lead jig. These things drop quick and have a ton of action when jigged on the retrieve, perfect for yellowtail and bluefin fishing as well as any of your bottom fish species. In current and depth these will behave like a lead jig that is double the weight because of the smaller overall shape, but will save you on the fatigue of using those bigger sizes.
Now available in 200g, 300g and 400g sizes. The 200g is about 7oz jigs with a thickness of only 1/4" - 3/8" and a bit over 7" in length. The 300g is 10.5oz 8" long and the 400g is 14oz and 8.5" long. Due to the longer profile they have a lot more action when slow jigged and can handle more depth than any other jig with the equivalent length.
The problem with tungsten jigs is manufacturing cost, it has the highest melting point of any metal at 6200 degrees so it is very difficult to work with. Only a few manufacturers exist for this style of jig and they are generally limited in shape and size but Bozles has done an amazing job of making using designs compared to other companies selling glorified torpedo sinkers.
