FishLab backpacks finally arrived to complete the set of tackle storage bags they recently released. These are a big improvement over the older Nomad bags that we used to carry and are overall more portable and more convenient to use. The backpack can easily hold 4 of the 3600 size trays, or even 5 if you’re willing to lose some storage in the top compartment. This is plenty of tackle for any shorter range trip and will cover most of your needs for local fishing. The top compartment has a zippered bottom so that if you want to take some of the trays out you can open it for a larger single compartment which lets you store more gear or clothes. They are comfortable to carry around and have everything you need for fishing, including rust resistant zippers, large side pockets for fluoro and mono, and a sheath for pliers.
